Beautiful barn entirely renovated and fitted out on 2 floors to comfortably accommodate 14 people. It is located in the centre of the small village of Gouaux-de-Larboust, at the arrival of the Vallée Blanche piste of the Peyragudes ski resort and 3 km from the ski lifts.
The main room, which serves as a living and dining room, offers you all the necessary comfort.
The kitchen, equipped with quality equipment, 5 burner piano, large fridge/freezer, silent dishwasher,...will allow you to prepare your meals in a convivial and practical way.
The barn is equipped with 3 bathrooms with shower (1 with a bathtub for children), and 3 toilets, 2 of which are independent.
In the calm of winter and summer, 5 bedrooms are at your disposal, 3 of which have a double bed (140 x 190) and 2 'dormitory' rooms with four single beds (90 x 190) each. All beds are equipped with duvet and pillows. NB: sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels are not provided.
There are 3 car parks in the village, the nearest being 20m from the entrance to the barn.
It is an ideal place to meet with family or friends in a warm and friendly mountain atmosphere. Carefully decorated, practical and functional quality fittings.
The barn is located in the centre of the village, set back 10 metres on the only road leading to the resort of Peyragudes (towards Augudes), with no access difficulties even in the middle of winter.
It is south facing, and the adjoining garden offers a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
The ski resort of Peyragudes offers one of the largest and most beautiful ski areas in the Pyrenees. Equipped with numerous snow cannons, you are guaranteed to be able to ski all winter whatever the weather conditions.
More family oriented, the Superbagnéres resort (cable car in the centre of Luchon) will also be appreciated by skiers and snowshoe walkers.
It is also an ideal base for a group of cyclists wishing to do the mythical passes of the Pyrenees in the vicinity (Col de Peyresourde, Port de Balès, Col de Mentè, Col des Ares, etc...)
Not far from there, at about 20 minutes by car, the magnificent thermo-ludic center of BALNEA (in Loudenvielle) will seduce you and will make the happiness of the children and also of the older ones, summer and winter.
