Visibility with AI assistants: Your listings are structured so that ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants can understand them.
“Trusted owner” label: Awarded automatically to owners registered for over 2 years, with an active listing and a first purchase over 2 years old, and shown to holidaymakers who contact you.

Email and SMS alerts: For every contact request, instantly and free of charge.
Built-in messaging: Talk to holidaymakers and find the history of your enquiries in your owners' portal and on the app.
Owners' app: Your owners' portal can be installed on your phone and computer, with notifications.

Synchronised calendar (iCal): Sync your calendar with other rental platforms: one master calendar, no more double entry.
Property-management software connections: Your units, rates, calendars and photos imported and updated automatically from your management software (Resalys, Homeresa, Ovo, Arkiane…).

Turnkey personal website €340 incl. VAT the first year, then €130 incl. VAT per year Your own website with domain name, hosting, maintenance and automatic synchronisation, AI-compatible. Enquiries received through your site cost no contact credits.

Registration and publishing your listings are free. Only referrals are charged, as credits: they never expire and are valid on all your listings.

Each contact request costs from 3 to 24 credits, depending on the price of the stay requested.
