Large Chamois chalet for 14 people + 2 babies + an independent apartment for 4 people which is part of the house. This allows to accommodate 18 people + 2 babies.
Animals not allowed. No parties allowed.

Large enclosed garden of 1500 m² with garden tables, barbecue, deckchairs.
The gîte for 14 persons includes :
- on the first floor
- 1 large L-shaped living room with bar, lounge, dining room, wood stove. 1 independent toilet with hand wash basin.
- 1 large kitchen fully equipped with cupboards and crockery for 14/18 people, an American fridge, 2 ovens, 1 microwave, an induction plate, 1 dishwasher.
- 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer, storage
- 1 passage with 1 corner mountain equipped with a bunk bed.
- 1 bathroom with bath and shower.
- 1 independent WC.
- 1 double room with bed in 180 cm.

- on the first floor
- corridor leading to 4 bedrooms.
- 1 room with shower room/WC, 180 cm bed
- 1 room with shower room/WC, 180 cm bed with a small adjoining room equipped with a bunk bed.
- 2 independent bedrooms with a shower room/WC, served by the same corridor. One room with a 180 cm bed and another one with a 160 cm bed.
This floor gives onto a terrace giving access to the back of the property.

Linen and towels provided.
Towels included. Beds made.
Dishes and equipment for 14/18 people.
Children's games, books, DVD player.

Independent gite for 4 persons
- a living room with a kitchenette, equipped with a combined oven, an induction cooker, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher; living room with a sofa.
- 1 independent WC.
- a shower room with washing machine.
- 2 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with 2 single beds and one with a 180 cm double bed.

Total of the 2 lodgings: 18 people + 2 babies. Total area: 250m2.
Ideal for family reunion and friends.

Possible organization of seminars. Possibility to put in touch with a caterer.

Possible to rent for a weekend outside school vacations (2 nights minimum) and for a week during school vacations.
