The summer is not over and yet we must already think about this winter! After a white season in 2021, the desire to ski is felt and it is better to book in advance to be sure to have the desired period. In case of confinement no postponement of stay but a refund of the deposit.

Possibility of short stay minimum 3 days / two nights only outside school holidays (230 € + heating in winter period).
For information the price of a week of heating varies from 50 to 80 € according to the climatic conditions.
Much more than a seasonal rental, it is our second home that we offer, perfect for four adults and three children.
We accept doggies with a supplement of 20 €.

Ideal for a stay with friends or family, our chalet is located in the heart of the resort of Eyne, 700 m from the slopes. With a warm interior, with wainscoting on the wall and parquet on the floor, it is composed on the ground floor of an entrance hall that gives access to the living room of 25 m2 with terrace and view of Font Romeu. On the same level a bathroom with toilet and shower cabin. On the first floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes and a bedroom with bunk beds. Outside you have a private parking space, a terrace with a view of the Cerdanya and a garden of 110 m2 with picnic table and barbecue. The chalet is located at 1750 m of altitude. In winter you can enjoy the 21 km of ski slopes of the resort EYNE/CAMBRE D'AZE. After skiing, you can relax in the hot and sulphurous water baths of LLO. In the summer you will discover many hiking itineraries including the EYNE valley nature reserve. For the most courageous the highest peaks of the department, the Carlit (2921m) and the Pics Péric (2810m) from the dam of Bouillouses. Fishing lovers will be delighted by the many lakes and rivers of Cerdagne and Capcir. Autumn is the season of mushrooms, boletus, chanterelles will allow you to make beautiful walks in the forest. Finally, Spain is 19 km away (Puigcerda) and Andorra 50 km away (Pas de la Case).
