New chalet of character, of more than 200m2, with noble and raw materials, wood (spruce and larch), stone of Luserne and slate roof. It benefits from an exceptional location on the heights of Vars, within a new complex of top-of-the-range chalets, with a breathtaking view of the Peynier and Paneyron mountains.

It is spread over three levels with a double garage and a ski room with heated ramps. A spacious SAS where you can leave your jackets and shoes before enjoying the warm atmosphere.
There are 5 spacious and well decorated bedrooms, 4 of which have double beds (two master suites with their own shower room and WC) and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
The highest floor is entirely devoted to a common area of about 70m2 with a breathtaking view of the mountains. This floor is divided into three parts, with no separation allowing a great perspective on the whole room.
