It benefits from an exceptional location on the heights of Vars, within a new complex of top-of-the-range chalets, with a breathtaking view of the Peynier and Paneyron mountains.

It is spread over three levels with a double garage and a ski room with heated ramps. A spacious SAS where you can leave your jackets and shoes before enjoying the warm atmosphere.
There are 5 spacious and well decorated bedrooms, 4 of which have double beds (two master suites with their own shower room and WC) and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
The highest floor is entirely devoted to a common area of about 70m2 with a breathtaking view of the mountains. This floor is divided into three parts, with no separation allowing a great perspective on the whole room.
