A new, modern, and comfortable 90 m² chalet with a mezzanine, sleeping 6 to 7 people, located on Route de l’Archaz at the edge of the “Edelweiss” red run, allowing you to ski right to and from the chalet depending on current snow conditions. Very calm and peaceful surroundings. Ideal for a vacation with family or friends in a magnificent setting. Two parking spaces in front of the chalet. Ski storage in the garage with a boot dryer.
Chalet with a balcony and terrace, south-facing with no direct neighbors, overlooking the hiking trail in the summer. Garden table, barbecue, and lounge chairs.
On the first level, a kitchen and dining room with an exceptional, unobstructed view of the mountains; a living room featuring a corner sofa bed that sleeps one person; a bedroom with a 160-bed; a bathroom; and a separate toilet.
On the mezzanine level, which opens onto the kitchen/dining area, there is a separate space for children with a small play area and two 90-size beds, a separate bedroom with a 140-size bed, and a shower room with a toilet.
TV in the living room and free Wi-Fi via an ORANGE router.
The chalet is 1.4 km from the center of Valloire, the ski lifts, and the ski schools. Shuttles run every 30 or 40 minutes, depending on the season. There are two stops 100 meters from the chalet.
The guest is responsible for cleaning. A security deposit check for 150 € is required upon arrival in case the chalet is not cleaned. It will be returned after the final inspection upon departure. If you do not wish to clean at the end of your stay, this service is available for an additional fee.
A security deposit check for 800 € is also required in case of damage. It will be returned within eight days.
Pets are not allowed.
Free baby kit (high chair, travel crib with extra mattress, baby bouncer, and stroller).
Only during French school holidays—Christmas/New Year’s and February—is bed linens included (beds made). Outside of these periods, this service is available for an additional fee.
Bath towels are not provided but are available for rent.
A 20% discount coupon will be provided upon arrival for ski equipment rentals.
Shuttle buses are free.
A tourist tax applies to adults and is not included.
Respect for the neighborhood is required; parties are prohibited.
