New chalet of 90 m² with mezzanine, modern and comfortable, for 6 to 8 persons, located on the road to Archaz at the edge of the red slope 'Edelweiss' allowing you a departure and a return in ski. Very quiet and peaceful environment. Ideal to spend holidays with family or friends in a magnificent setting. Three parking spaces in front of the chalet. Ski room in the garage.

On the first level, a kitchen and dining room with an exceptional view of the mountains, a living room with a sofa bed for one or two people, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the mezzanine level, open to the kitchen-dining room, a special area will welcome the children with a small play corner and two single beds, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a shower room with toilet.
TV in the living room and free WIFI by ORANGE box.
The chalet is 1.4 kms from the centre of Valloire, the ski lifts and the ski schools. Free shuttle every 40 minutes at 100 meters.
The cleaning is at the charge of the tenant. A deposit cheque of 150 € is requested on arrival in case of non cleaning.
