Welcome to Chalet Lucien, an old family barn completely renovated into a warm cocoon for 8 people, ideal for families with children.

Located in Saint-Jean-de-Belleville, a quiet, authentic mountain village, you can enjoy the charm of the valley while staying close to the ski resorts.

The chalet is brand new, decorated in a modern mountain style, and designed for convivial stays: large living room, high ceilings, terrace overlooking Cime Caron and 6-person spa for relaxing after the day.

Capacity: 8 people, ideal for families.
- 2 adult bedrooms, including 1 master suite with private shower room.
- 1 children's bedroom with bunk bed + pull-out bed.
- 1 family bathroom.

Upstairs: large, bright living room with terrace, mountain view, sitting area and large, fully-equipped kitchen with central island for aperitifs and family meals.

Basement: wellness area with 6-person spa.

Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, bed linen and towels provided, parking available.


Location and winter activities:

The chalet is located in Saint-Jean-de-Belleville, just 6 km from Saint-Martin-de-Belleville, a 9-minute drive from the first ski lifts to Saint-Martin, Les Menuires, Val Thorens and the 3 Vallées ski area.
Back at the chalet, you can relax at the end of the day in the peace and quiet of the village, on the terrace and in the spa.


Outdoor and summer activities:

In summer, there's a pétanque court, ping-pong table and barbecue for outdoor meals. For an additional fee, you can rent 2 electric mountain bikes and a state-of-the-art all-terrain electric scooter (€100/day).

Numerous hikes leave directly from the chalet, and the Nant Brun valley, 4 km away, offers magnificent walks, the chance to buy local cheeses from the Cave des Combes (Beaufort, sérac) and a gourmet break at the Plan de Lombardie refuge.
