La Grange Neuve embodies the perfect balance between rustic charm and contemporary elegance. Recently carefully renovated, it accommodates up to nine travelers in contemporary comfort blended with the original features of the old Savoyard barn.

At the entrance, the ski room, equipped with a heated boot dryer, is particularly practical in winter. It is accompanied by a laundry room, including washing machine and tumble dryer.

The spacious living area features soft colors and natural materials. The welcoming living room features sofas, armchairs, TV and a wood-burning stove. Opposite is the modern kitchen, featuring a central counter, three ovens and an induction hob, as well as a large dining table. The space is completed by a wine cellar and two offices for telecommuting.

This living area opens onto a panoramic covered terrace with dining table, offering superb views of the village and valley. A double bedroom, adjoining a shower room with toilet, has direct access to this terrace.

Under the beams on the top floor, three attic bedrooms create an intimate space full of charm. One, bathed in light, has a private balcony and an elegant bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and copper island bath. The children's dormitory features a bunk bed, desk and play area. The final, more spacious bedroom combines a double bed with a cot. A shower room with toilet serves these last two bedrooms.

For your vehicles, you'll find a covered garage and an outdoor parking space. At the rear, a shady garden and picnic table provide a pleasant setting for enjoying a country-style lunch without leaving the house.
