We are renting out our family chalet in Montgenèvre, located near the slopes, ski schools, and shops (less than a 5-minute walk)
Spread over three levels, it’s ideal for comfortably accommodating three families, with three double bedrooms—each featuring its own private shower room—and a beautiful dormitory with six single beds (which can be arranged into a large double bed for a couple) with an adjoining shower room.
A combined living and dining room allows parents to enjoy some quality time together while the children gather in the game room, which features ping-pong, foosball, games, and a library. The large south-facing terrace offers a superb panoramic view of Mount Janus and the Barre des Écrins, perfect for outdoor lunches.

January and March: the best time to enjoy the area without the crowds. These two months often offer the best balance between snow conditions and tranquility: less crowded slopes, no lines at the lifts, and a more intimate atmosphere in the resort. It’s also the perfect time to explore the Franco-Italian “Voie Lactée” ski area (400 km of trails) at a more relaxed pace, try ski touring or snowshoeing, or simply unwind at the Durancia spa and leisure center (spa and pool). Our rates are also more affordable during these periods.

Rentals are on a weekly basis, from Sunday at 4:00 p.m. to the following Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
Linens and housekeeping are included in the price. Tourist tax is extra.
