Chalet for 12 people currently being renovated, delivery scheduled for early December.

Located in the charming resort of Montchavin, this attractive 182 m2 chalet offers breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the mountain ranges.
Just 50m from the slopes.

Downstairs:
- 1 double bedroom (bed 160 x 200) with en-suite bathroom (shower).
- 1 bedroom with bunk bed (90 x 200) and balcony access.
- 1 separate WC.
- large, functional kitchen with large and small appliances: fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, dolce gusto coffee maker, toaster, hand blender.
- large, bright living room with fireplace.

First floor
- 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower).
- 1 bedroom with bunk bed + sofa bed (140 x 190), sleeping 4.
- 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony access.
- 1 TV and billiards area with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc.
- 1 bathroom with bath + WC
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 separate WC
- a washing machine will also be available on this floor.

Raclette and fondue machines available.
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival. Bath mats, tea towels and small terry towels (please note that these are not bath sheets) are also provided.

A large private outdoor area is available in front of the chalet.

Ski equipment rental with promo code at the Ski Republic store in the Les 3 Glaciers residence (2 bends below the chalet).

You can park your car in front of the chalet for unloading, but for the rest of your stay, free outdoor parking is available.

Access to the ESF departure point is 2 minutes down the slope or 8 minutes on foot.
The village and shops are a 10-minute walk away.
