Exceptional Chalet with Jacuzzi – Sleeps 20 – Paradiski (Les Arcs / La Plagne)

Welcome to my home, in the heart of the Alps!

I’m delighted to welcome you to my traditional 180 m² Alpine chalet, which can accommodate up to 20 people. It’s a place I especially love to share with large families, groups of friends, or even groups of coworkers looking to unwind.

The chalet is located in Montchavin-Les Coches, at an elevation of 1,250 m, right in the heart of the Paradiski ski area. Honestly, the view from here is worth the trip all on its own: you can see Mont Blanc and the entire Bourg-Saint-Maurice valley spread out before your eyes.

Another little perk I really appreciate: the nearest ski run is just 50 meters away. Just strap on your skis and you’re off! And if you’d rather stroll through the village, it’s about a 10-minute walk (800 m) to get there.

The Paradiski ski area—a true playground

Here, you’re right at the gateway to a massive ski area: over 425 km of trails connecting Les Arcs and La Plagne via the famous Vanoise Express, just a ski lift ride away from the chalet.

In winter, there’s plenty to keep the whole family busy:

• Ski touring
• Snowshoeing
• Sledding
• Dog sledding
• Bobsledding in La Plagne
• And plenty of other activities offered by the Tourist Office

The chalet in detail

Essentially, it consists of two apartments rented together, providing spacious living areas where everyone can find their own space—whether for socializing or enjoying quieter corners.

First apartment

• An entryway
• A large living room with TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove
• A semi-professional, fully equipped kitchen
• A dining room
• Direct access to the terrace
• A hot tub, a barbecue, and an outdoor table
• 4 bedrooms (2–4 beds, 90 × 190), one of which has its own shower room and toilet
• 4 shower rooms
• 2 toilets

Second Apartment

• A living area with a fully equipped kitchen
• A living room with TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove
• Access to a terrace
• 3 bedrooms (each with 2 to 4 beds measuring 90 × 190)
• 1 shower room
• 1 separate toilet

And for your convenience

• A washing machine
• A dryer
• Wi-Fi, of course
• Private parking right in front of the chalet
• Wood- and electric-fired heating (wood is provided; electricity is billed based on actual usage: €0.22/kWh)
• Sheets and towels are included in the price

• 1 hour 30 minutes from Chambéry Airport
• 2 hours 30 minutes from Lyon, Geneva, or Grenoble
