Chalet Ichève

The chalet Ichève, built about 20 years ago, is close to the Place de l'Alpe de Venosc, where there are shops, restaurants, tourist office, 200 m from the slopes and 300 m from the Ski School gatherings.
It has 7 rooms: 2 twin rooms (2 single beds) are on the ground floor; upstairs are the other rooms: 4 twin rooms, two of which have an extra mattress on a small mezzanine, and a single room with an extra mattress on the mezzanine, a double room.
Each room has its own bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet), including one on the ground floor specially designed for people with reduced mobility.
It has 3 levels:
- Basement: ski entrance, storage room with washing machine and freezer, sauna and rest area.
- Ground floor: the living room with the kitchen open to the dining room and the lounge with television and dvd player, 2 bedrooms;
- First floor: 5 bedrooms.
The jacuzzi is located on the terrace, outside in a Scandinavian style.

The rental price includes cleaning at the end of your stay. Linen is an additional charge:
- sheets : 8€/single bed ; 10€/double bed ;
- towels: 6€/person.
The tourist tax is 1,65€/night/adult person.

Our common cancellation policy is that of our contract. For Covid 19 special cancellation, in case of confinement preventing you from going to our chalet, we guarantee a refund of the amount paid. If there is no lockout, but the resort is open and the lifts are closed, we will hold the reservation and offer a 15% discount. If the tenant chooses to cancel their stay, then our terms and conditions apply.
