DESCRIPTION:
The chalet is located in the heart of an outdoor resort, in a natural and peaceful setting.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room equipped with a large closet, a sofa, an 80 cm flat-screen TV, and a round table with an extension leaf for family meals.

The master bedroom features a double bed (140x190) and a wall-mounted TV for even greater comfort.
The bathroom is functional and modern, with a large shower, a sink, and a toilet.

A fully equipped separate kitchen lets you cook just like at home: oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and a large-capacity fridge-freezer.

Upstairs, a large room awaits you with two 160x200 beds, providing 4 spacious sleeping spots. You’ll also find a rolling clothes rack, a space to store your luggage, and a work area.

Outside, a convenient utility area includes a washer, dryer, and storage space for skis.

And to top it all off: a spacious, south-facing covered terrace with an oval table, 6 chairs, and a spectacular view of the Belledonne, Vercors, and Chartreuse mountain ranges.
It’s the perfect setting for breakfast as the sun rises or for relaxing evenings after a day of hiking or skiing.

The ski area offers 65 km of trails between 1,460 m and 2,100 m: 7 green, 6 blue, 5 red, and 3 black.

In the summer, the Collet d’Allevard resort is brimming with activities for all ages!
