Chalet le Bivouac 4*

The Bivouac, a 160 m2 chalet that can accommodate 12 people in total comfort.
It is south facing and has a breathtaking view of the Aiguilles d'Arves and La Meije.

The Bivouac is located 200 meters from the ski lifts (Sun chairlift) and shops. Return by ski depending on snow conditions

The centre of the resort is a 5' walk away. The chalet is also located right next to the free shuttle bus which takes you to the centre of the resort, the ski lessons and the shopping centres. A Super U is 300m away.
It consists of 3 levels:
On the ground floor:
- An entrance locker to store skis, boots and ski clothes,
- A fully equipped kitchen (hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ...),
- A living room including a dining room and a lounge,
- A bedroom with double bed,
- A shower room,
- An independent WC
- A balcony of 30m2 with a breathtaking view
On the first floor:
- 2 bedrooms with double bed, one with balcony,
- A room with 2 single beds,
- A bathroom with bathtub,
- An independent WC
On the ground floor:
- A TV room,
- A room with 2 single bed,
- A water room,
- An independent WC,
- A parental suite
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The chalet has 3 private parking spaces on a plot of 720m2
The price includes :
- The cleaning (The tenants will nevertheless have to return the accommodation in a correct state: emptied dustbins, dishes done and dishwasher emptied,...)

- The supply of bed linen + towels in option : 200€
- Use of the fireplace in option : 50€.

A deposit of 2000euros is required.
The maximum capacity is 12 people
No smoking. Animals are not allowed
The price does include tourist tax
The rental period is from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am
La Toussuire is a family resort in Savoie.
It is part of Les Sybelles ski area (4th in France) composed of 310 kms of slopes, linking the resorts of St Jean d'Arves, St Sorlin d'Arves, Le Corbier, St Colomban des Villards and Les Bottières.
