Treat yourself to a unique experience at an altitude of 1,400 m, in a self-contained, bright and carefully renovated 85 m2 duplex chalet, overlooking the forest at the foot of the chalet, the Vanoise massif and the villages of the valley.

Easy ski access, using the Saint Anne piste (100 to 200 m depending on access) to the resort's lifts and a 10-minute walk from the resort center.

For 2 to 6 people maximum, to guarantee a serene environment and a soothing living space. Sheets, comforters and towels are included in the rental price, and beds will be made up on arrival.

Pets and cigarettes are not allowed.

First floor :
- entrance (WC, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ski boot dryer)
- living room with high ceilings, lounge and kitchen (induction hob with extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge)
- large balcony terrace on 3 sides

Garden level :
- master bedroom: 1 double bed (180 x 200 cm) with bay window opening onto terrace,
- second bedroom: 2 bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) and 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm) with window
- bathroom, shower room and WC
- tiled outdoor terrace
- outdoor lean-to for ski storage, including barbecue and teak lounge for summer use

Fiber and wifi connection included, connected TV, amplifier and speakers connectable via smartphone and dedicated app.

Recent bedding, comforters and pillows provided.

High seat and folding bed with mattress for a small child.
