Welcome to Chalet Mataya in the resort of La Joue du Loup, residence Les Hauts de la Lauzière. A magnificent and rejuvenating setting.

Individual chalet of 75m² renovated in 2019. Sleeps 11 / 4 real bedrooms. This beautiful traditional chalet in solid wood is a real haven of peace, warm and friendly. Access to the residence's covered swimming pool, heated with panoramic terrace and solarium (OPENING JUNE 12).

The Mataya chalet is ideally located, in a quiet, luxury residence, 250m from the heart of the resort and the shops and restaurants.

On the living room side : view on the mountain, flat screen TV, 2 sofas, 1 fireplace : ideal to share good moments with family or friends.

Kitchen : nice functional space fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, traditional oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, nice crockery), table and chairs to comfortably accommodate 8 covers.

Night side: On the ground floor 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190 and 1 bedroom with 1 triolo bed (1 double bed 140x190 at the bottom and 1 bed 90x190 at the top). Upstairs 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 80x190 and 1 double bed 140x190 and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190. At disposal 1 cot for baby

Bathroom : on the ground floor, 1 bathroom with bathtub and washbasin, 1 independent toilet. On the first floor, 1 shower room with washbasin and toilet as well as 1 washing machine with dryer.

South-west facing terrace of 12 m2, sunny in the afternoon. Barbecue available.

Mid April to mid June and in autumn, the resort is on break. Swimming pool closed. Information on shops and restaurants open at the tourist office.

Cleaning included for full week rates, optional for short stays (95€). Linen not provided, possibility to rent at the concierge

Pets are accepted after agreement from us and for an extra charge of 30€ per week.
