This cosy family chalet, located near the village of Manigod and only 1 km from the slopes (the ski bus stops right in front of it, so you won't lose time getting to the resort!), was built by the owner's grandparents. It bears their names: Arsène and Léa. While the owners used original materials in the renovation, their profession has taken them to the four corners of the world - an eclecticism reflected in many of the decorative objects brought back from Africa. Note: cleaning, sheets & towels included.

WHY IS ARSENE AND LEA'S CHALET SO SPECIAL?
This warm interior is ideal for a large family. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, dining area, living room with a beautiful stone fireplace and a library, built with wood from the farm's old feeders. The bay window opens onto a garden and a beautiful wooden terrace, perfectly exposed and offering magnificent views of the Manigod valley. On the same level there is also a large bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and a double bedroom. Open staircases lead upstairs to a large living area with several 'zones'. You can relax on the sofa and watch TV while the children play in the play area. This floor offers an en-suite double bedroom with direct access to the garden, including a shower room and dressing room. Above, the mezzanine offers a cosy bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined to form a double bed. Finally, an alcove has been fitted out with bunk beds, giving the impression of a "cabin room" that children will love. Outside in the garden, a surprise awaits you in the mazot: a real Scandinavian sauna. To make the most of its benefits, don't hesitate to come back to the chalet running in the snow!

Please note that Chalet Arsène & Lea is located on the main road to the Col de la Croix Fry (where the ski area is located), which makes it very convenient in winter but means that during peak periods there can be a lot of traffic noise.
