On the ground floor, a separate toilet, a bathroom, with a multi-jet shower, hammam, aromatherapy and light therapy, a bedroom (wardrobe bed) that can be transformed into a TV lounge room, the kitchen is equipped with oven / microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher ... opening on a living room with fireplace insert.
The access is by a real staircase to the 3 bedrooms:
