Individual chalet, with a magnificent view of the Pyrenees, very sunny, pleasant to live in. Located at 1650 m of altitude. It faces the majestic mountain of Cambre d'Aze.
The chalet includes:
....A living room of 20 m2 with hifi and CD, opening onto a covered terrace, closed by bay windows.
....A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, fondue set, raclette set, pressure cooker....
....A living room of 15 m2 with bay window, view on the Cambre d'Aze and the Pyrenees with a sofa, armchairs, a storage unit, a coffee table and a television.
.... double bed (140cm) and a cupboard in one bedroom, 2 small beds and a storage unit in another bedroom (attic room).
.... A bathroom and an independent WC. A 15 m2 cellar with a ski room.
A 300 m2 garden and garden furniture.

The chalet is located 500 m from the shops (village of Bolquère), supermarket and shops in Pyrénées 2000.

Skiing: The ski resort of Font-Romeu / Pyrénées 2000 (see Font Romeu Pyrénées 2000 website for details).
Free shuttle bus to the slopes from the chalet car park every 15/20 minutes during school term time (avoids taking the car when it is very snowy).
Winter/summer activities see Font Romeu website.
Relaxation after hiking or skiing: hot sulphurous water baths (Llo, St Thomas les bains, Dorres).

Sport: swimming pool, golf, tennis, ice rink, horse riding, climbing wall, mountain biking, paragliding, dog sledding, tree climbing, adventure park.

Tourism: fortified cities Mont-louis and Villefranche, Spanish border at 0h25 and Andorra at 0h45.

No rental at weekends.
