-On the ground floor: a 48 m2 space with dining room, living room, open kitchen (fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette set, fondue set, rice cooker, etc. ....) + a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. This room opens onto the garden with a terrace without opposite, equipped with its outdoor furniture + a plancha.
-On the upper floors: 5 bedrooms (3 with 160cm bedding, 1 with 140cm bedding, 1 with 4 90cm beds); two bathrooms, 2 WCs. Two of these bedrooms open onto a terrace with a view of our beautiful mountains and the Cerdane valley.
Several parking spaces, an outdoor ski room, a basketball hoop and a ping-pong table complete the chalet.
