Chalet located in Font Romeu in the Eastern Pyrenees (66) at 1800 m altitude, within a residential area composed of Chalets with magnificent views of the Pyrenees.

Activities : Hiking, near the ski slopes (less than 5 kms from the Font Romeu slopes), hot water baths and lakes (Bouillouses and Matemale).

A stone's throw from the town centre, this new south-facing chalet will offer you an exceptional view of the Pyrenees mountain range and all the comfort you need to spend a pleasant holiday.

On two levels and with a maximum of 10 beds:
The ground floor is composed of 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and an independent toilet.
The first floor is composed of a large living room, a kitchen and a master suite.
The garden is fully fenced.
The chalet has a terrace on each floor which will allow you to admire the view on the mountains.
The garage is available in part for the storage of equipment (skis and bikes).
2 to 3 private parking spaces.


Linen and sheets are not provided.
The cleaning is to be done by you.

No smoking in the chalet

Personalized welcome : The Conciergerie des Pyrénées will welcome you at the time of your entry (from 5pm) and departure (before 10am).
Possibility to rent sheets.

Located in a recent housing estate, it is possible that chalets are being built.


Conditions:
Reservation : ¼ of the rent at the signature
Deposit : 1.000 € (by bank transfer or by check not cashed to be transmitted to us)
Balance of the rent to be paid at the latest fifteen before the entry in the places.
Rental lease and holiday insurance.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.
The chalet is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
