Salon de 80 mètres carrés, exposition est, ouest et sud. Différents coins dans le salon permettent de se tenir devant le feu de cheminée, de partager des jeux de société avec des enfants , des amis, de jouer au baby foot

The chalet is located in the hamlet of Cernix in Crest Voland Cohennoz.
It is an old 18th-century timber-framed barn that was likely raised to two stories just before World War II.
Ideal location: ski lifts 50 meters away, local grocery store 50 meters away, ski rental nearby as well.... Over 200 kilometers of slopes, with connections to Les Saisies, Praz, and Notre Dame de Bellecombe.....
Description: Large 80-square-meter living room with a fireplace on the ground floor; kitchen opening onto the living room; separate 20-square-meter ski storage room. Toilet and shower room.
On the first floor, 3 bedrooms with, respectively, 1 double bed, 2 single beds (joined or separate), and 2 single beds joined together. All bedrooms open onto a balcony that wraps around the chalet; one shower room and one bathroom.

1 bedroom with 2 single beds
1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
The chalet is rated 2 stars and sleeps 6, but it can accommodate 13 to 14 people with the second-floor bedrooms, which are very pleasant—I can attest to that.
Summer is also magnificent.....The Aravis mountain range unfolds before your eyes. The Crest Voland gondola provides access to the summit of Mont Lachat. It’s open to both hikers and mountain bikers. Those who ride bikes can store them in the ski storage room in the evening.
There are some very lovely walks to enjoy all around the chalet.
If it’s hot, a free, well-maintained lake in Praz-sur-Arly is perfect for swimming and offers plenty of activities that children will love;
And for food lovers? In the summer, they can tour the cheese dairies and farms that produce delicious cheeses.
Just 50 meters from the chalet, the Hôtel du Mont Charvin offers massages and a spa, not to mention refined cuisine and delicious aperitifs.
