In the heart of the beautiful village of Bonneval-sur-Arc, we invite you to stay at our newly built chalet, Le Mont Seti. Spread over three levels, it is spacious, cozy, and modern, offering all the comforts you could dream of, along with unobstructed, magnificent views and plenty of outdoor space. In this peaceful setting, you can relax, enjoy the scenery and the snow, and share quality time with family or friends gathered around a beautiful table by the fireplace in the heart of the spacious living area. The high ceilings and large windows fill the space with light and a sense of freedom, allowing you to fully appreciate the beauty of our surroundings. There’s plenty of room for everyone, with five large, beautiful bedrooms, master suites with private bathrooms, and a spacious bathroom featuring a corner bathtub.

The chalet is located in the Pré Catin neighborhood, just a short walk from the Tourist Office. The kindergarten, ski rental shops, convenience store, and restaurants are all nearby. Everything is within walking distance.
Please note that the chalet is not accessible by car; the final 100 meters of the access road is groomed, as is often the case in Bonneval. The small, groomed road around the chalet—free of cars—gives it a quiet, unspoiled feel. Children can have a blast sledding or building snowmen. Cars can be parked either below the chalet (about 200 meters away) in free parking lots or in an underground garage—for which you must reserve a spot through the tourist office.
Sheets and towels are available for rent on-site for an additional fee.
