Your fully equipped kitchen: granite splashback, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and raclette machine.

Your spacious living room, where a large dining table for 8 to 10 people awaits you. Perfect for meals with family or friends.

Enjoy the comfort of the lounge with its corner sofa, coffee table and TV, while admiring the spectacular view of the Cambre d'Aze.

**Welcome to our family chalet in Bolquère Village, in the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees.**

With its magnificent views over the valley and the Cambre d’Aze (2,711 m), its south-facing garden and comfortable living spaces, the chalet is ideal for family holidays or getaways with friends, in both summer and winter.

📍 **AN IDEAL LOCATION**

The chalet is just 3.5 km from the Pyrénées 2000 – Font-Romeu ski resort. In winter, a free shuttle bus to the slopes stops approximately 100 m from the chalet.

You will also enjoy being close to Font-Romeu, the shops and amenities of Bolquère, as well as Spain and Andorra.

A small grocery shop is within walking distance and a supermarket is less than a 5-minute drive away.

🏡 **THE CHALET – SLEEPS 8**

Spread over 3 levels, the chalet has 4 bedrooms:

• **Ground floor:** large, cosy living room with wood-burning stove (firewood provided), open-plan kitchen and access to the balcony/terrace with views of the Cambre d’Aze, bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, en-suite shower room with double sink, and separate WC.

• **First floor:** 2 bedrooms with 140 cm double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 single 90 cm beds, a workspace and a terrace with sun loungers.

• **Garden level:** large garage for skis, bicycles and equipment, shower room with WC, laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer, ski storage area and boot-drying system.

🌿 **OUTDOOR SPACE**

The chalet has a south-facing garden and terrace with superb mountain views. A swing is also available for children.

🛋️ **COMFORT & AMENITIES**

Wi-Fi, TV in the living room and ground-floor bedroom, soundbar, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue set, barbecue, plancha grill, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Duvets and pillows are provided.

Bed and bathroom linen (sheets, duvet covers, towels, etc.) is not provided. Linen can be rented through the Conciergerie des Cimes de Bolquère.

🎿 **IN WINTER**

Enjoy skiing and snow activities at Pyrénées 2000 – Font-Romeu, easily accessible thanks to the nearby shuttle service.

After a day on the slopes, you can also enjoy the thermal baths at Saint-Thomas-les-Bains, Llo and the surrounding area.

🥾 **IN SUMMER**

Hiking, mountain biking, cycling, walking, and discovering the villages and landscapes of the Catalan Pyrenees… The chalet is an excellent base for enjoying the mountains in a different way.

📅 **RENTAL TERMS**

🎄 **Christmas and February school holidays:** weekly rentals. **€2,200 / week.**

🌿 **The rest of the year:** nightly rentals are available, with a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Check-in from 4 pm – check-out by 10 am.

La Conciergerie des Cimes de Bolquère handles key collection and will provide you with all the information you need before your stay.
