Ideal location: you are just a 75-meter walk from all shops and services, including the slopes, ski school, daycare, and restaurants.

📅 RESERVATION CONDITIONS
Rentals are available on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday, or for short stays of a minimum of 3 nights. We invite you to check the availability calendar (green dates are available 🟢, red dates are already booked 🔴).

The chalet is a 100% non-smoking establishment, and pets are not allowed. Depending on your needs, three capacity configurations are offered: 6, 9, or 15 people maximum. A dedicated listing exists for each option. Please finalize your project with family or friends before making any option requests.

🏡 YOUR ACCOMMODATION

🔵 DUPLEX CHALET – 1st & 2nd FLOORS – 9 PEOPLE MAXIMUM (8 PEOPLE COMFORT)
📍 First Floor:

Independent entrance with boot storage and wardrobe.
​° Two cozy living rooms with a fireplace area and panoramic views of the slopes or valley.
​° Fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, gas hob).
​° Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.

📍 Second Floor:
​° Bedroom 1 (slope side) with two bunk beds, sleeping 4 (90x200 cm).
​° Bedroom 2 (slope side) with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm).
​° Bedroom 3 (valley side) with a double bed (160x200 cm).
​° Bathroom with toilet, sink, washing machine, and dryer.

📍 Exterior:
​° Private ski locker with professional boot dryer.

✨ SERVICES & OPTIONS
For your comfort, the rental includes all bed linen (warm duvets, mattress protectors, sheets, and pillowcases), household and bath linen (one large bath towel per person, tablecloths, and kitchen towels), firewood for the fireplace, and an essential welcome kit.

💳 PAYMENT TERMS
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit. The balance is due one month before arrival. A security deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required.

End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of the guests. A cleaning deposit check of €350 will be required and returned 15 days after departure if the accommodation is left clean. Otherwise, it will be cashed.
