Chalet les Perches

The chalet "Les Perches" is classified 3*** in the meublés de tourisme category. Located in the Arêches Beaufort resort, above Le Planay at an altitude of 1,300 meters, it is accessible by car via a road cleared of snow in winter (special equipment required and snow tires strongly recommended).

In winter, the chalet is "ski-in/ski-out", as it is located on the edge of the "Combe des Perches" slope.
In summer, the chalet is in the middle of the mountain pastures, with several hiking trails starting from the chalet. An IGN map of the surrounding area is available at the chalet.

The chalet sleeps a maximum of 12 people, and has a surface area of 137 m².

Heating is electric, and floors are tiled or parquet. Walls are plastered or wood-clad.
The chalet has 3 levels:
- Level 0: Hallway, bedroom with double bed (140cm), bedroom with twin bunk beds (2 x 2x 80cm), shower room and WC.
- Level 1: Entrance hall with ski rack and boot dryer/heater, WC, washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen, living room with fireplace, sitting room with two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), a chaise longue and a footstool, bedroom with 140cm double bed.
- Level 2: Small mezzanine with mountain area and 90cm bed (low ceilings), small shower room and WC. A bedroom with a 160cm double bed opening onto a mountain corner with a 90cm bed.
- Outside: Terrace with table and four benches, small bar table on railing, parasol, two chiliennes.

Chalet equipment: Dishwasher, fridge and freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso, electric kettle, toaster, food processor, electric mixer, soup mixer, electric knife, 2 raclette sets, 2 fondue sets, crockery. OLED TV, Blu-ray/DVD/USB player, Hifi, fiber-optic Wifi Internet access. Washing machine and dryer. Children's dining chair. Baby cot, baby bath, changing table. Ski boot dryer. Fireplace with sliding insert. Board games, books and games for children.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided.

Pets allowed on request.

The chalet is non-smoking.

Tourist tax (currently €1.60 per night per person over 15) is payable on site.
The price per night for short stays (2 nights minimum) is higher than the price per night calculated for a one-week stay.

A cleaning fee of €90 is charged in addition, but the chalet must be left tidy (dishes washed and put away).
