The terraces and balconies of this superb contemporary villa, located on the heights of Talloires, offer magnificent views of Lake Annecy and the surrounding mountains. The ski resorts of La Clusaz and La Croix-Fry are just over half an hour away. The villa has just been refurbished and offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for 8 people. NOTE: cleaning, linen and towels included.

Recently refurbished for OVO Network holidaymakers, Villa Flying Dragon sleeps 8 people in four double bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor.

Two of the rooms have double beds and open onto a sunny balcony; the other two are equipped with rollaway beds, which can be made up into a double or twin bed, depending on your preference. The new bedding is made up of thick mattresses, to guarantee you a good night's sleep.

The villa has a shower room on the ground floor, a bathroom on the first floor and another shower room downstairs near the relaxation area (sauna). There are also separate toilets.

The spacious living area is flooded with light, thanks to large openings that open onto a covered balcony. You will enjoy a large kitchen, a dining table for 8 guests, and a pleasant living room with a sofa, a sofa bed and a wall-mounted television.

On the same floor there is a bedroom with a kitchenette, with a second dining area for 4 people, making the villa an ideal holiday home for two groups of friends. Two additional terraces offer different views of the lake and the mountains.

Villa Flying Dragon has outdoor spaces with trees, culminating in a beautiful landscaped terrace - imagine yourself in the hammock, watching the paragliders land, or enjoying a barbecue around the pool.

The property's parking lot is accessible through an electric gate.
