Les Petites Sources

The "Les Petites Sources" vacation rental is located in the Oisans plain, in Le Vert, 2 km from Bourg d'Oisans. The surrounding area is flat. Life around the vacation rental is easy and pleasant in many ways.

A large parking lot near the cottage provides space for many cars, hidden behind a curtain of trees that block the view from the outside.

Les Petites Sources is a 270-square-meter vacation rental. The structure is based on a traditional stone farmhouse that we have renovated and converted into a bed-and-breakfast.

All interior features are designed to meet the practical needs of vacation living. There is no superfluous decor that requires special attention. It’s simple and functional. Les Petites Sources offers a warm and pleasant atmosphere.

Wood dominates the interior decor, and the vaulted rooms are finished with lime plaster. Les Petites Sources is a true traditional Oisans chalet, both in its origins and its design.

The “Les Petites Sources” vacation rental can accommodate up to 15 people.

The entrance to the vacation rental is just a few steps from the parking lot. The living areas—the entryway, kitchen, living room, and dining room—are all located on the ground floor.

Good soundproofing ensures a comfortable living environment so that everyone can enjoy their vacation at their own pace and in their own way while respecting everyone else’s rest.

Heating is provided by a geothermal system and underfloor heating on all levels.

In the entryway of Les Petites Sources, you can hang up your jackets and fleece sweaters, take off your outdoor shoes, and let them dry on the heated floor.

To the right, in a storage closet, you can store your groceries and beverages. A large refrigerator in the kitchen keeps your food fresh.

The dining room, accessible directly from the kitchen, can accommodate large groups. The tableware provided is ample enough to handle this.

There are four bedrooms on the first floor with double beds and three on the second floor—one with a double bed and two with single beds. All bedrooms feature private, separate restrooms and a bathroom with a shower or bathtub and a sink.

Outside, in the garage, you can store your skis, snowshoes, or bicycles. There is also a pool table in the garage.

Outside, the garden is the perfect place for children to play—building snowmen, rolling in the snow, or enjoying various games available in the summer.

In winter, our region is ideal for skiing at Alpe d’Huez (15 km) and Les 2 Alpes (24 km), which are accessible by gondola from 8 km and 14 km away, respectively.

Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy the various easy trails starting from the cottage leading to Lac Bleu and Lac Buclet, along the greenway in the Oisans plain, and along various forest trails.

Bourg d’Oisans serves as the central starting point for road cycling on the major climbs toward Alpe d’Huez, Les Deux Alpes, the Alpin passes of Lautaret and Galibier, the Croix de Fer and Glandon, the Col du Sabot, the Col d’Ornon, the Col de la Morte, and the Col de Parquetout, as well as many climbs to hilltop villages.

The Ecrins, Grandes Rousses, Taillefer, and Belledonne mountain ranges overlook Bourg d’Oisans and offer a wide selection of hikes for all skill levels, as well as renowned high-mountain climbing and ascents suitable for all abilities.

After a busy day of outdoor activities, everyone gathers at “Les Petites Sources” to share stories of their adventures and thrills while enjoying some snacks or drinks.
