Located in Morillon, an authentic Alpine village in the heart of the Grand Massif ski area, Chalet L’Ours Blanc accommodates up to 15 guests in peaceful, spacious and welcoming surroundings. With 350 sqm in total, 8 bedrooms, 8 bath or shower rooms and generous shared living areas, it is particularly well suited to family gatherings, holidays with friends and groups looking for both conviviality and privacy.

EVERYTHING WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE

- Lac Bleu leisure park 500 m away.

The gondola reaches Morillon Les Esserts in just a few minutes, providing access to ski-school meeting points, beginner areas and the Grand Massif ski area: 265 km of slopes linking Morillon, Samoëns, Les Carroz, Flaine and Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval.

A LARGE CHALET DESIGNED FOR 15 GUESTS

The chalet has 8 bedrooms and 8 bath or shower rooms. Seven bedrooms have their own en-suite shower room, while the eighth has its own bathroom on the lower floor. This layout avoids morning queues and preserves everyone’s privacy, even when several families or couples are staying together.

The living areas include:

- a large lounge with a Focus fireplace and mountain views;
- a second lounge, ideal as a separate space for children or teenagers;
- a dining area seating all 15 guests around the same table;
- a large kitchen with a central island, American-style fridge, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, plus raclette and fondue sets.

PRIVATE RELAXATION AND ENTERTAINMENT

After a day in the mountains, your group has exclusive use of a genuine Tylö Finnish sauna, a pool table and a Bonzini table-football game. The chalet also provides Wi-Fi, televisions, a large heated ski-boot dryer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Outside, the terrace, garden and barbecue are perfect for enjoying the views and warmer days. A double garage and private courtyard provide parking for approximately 6 to 7 vehicles.

WINTER AND SUMMER

In winter, the ski lifts, ski-school meeting points and shops can all be reached on foot. In summer, Lac Bleu leisure park is approximately 500 m away, with swimming and activities for the whole family. Numerous hiking and mountain-biking routes are accessible throughout the Giffre Valley.

- weekly rentals in winter and summer;

For groups of 16 to 30 guests, a second chalet sleeping 15 can also be rented in Morillon, subject to availability.
