Its split-level layout, 7 en-suite double bedrooms, separate lounge convertible into an eighth en-suite bedroom, and 8 bath or shower rooms allow several families or couples to stay together while retaining their privacy.

SLOPES AND VILLAGE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE

• Les Carroz village centre and shops approximately 400 m away;
• beginner surface lifts 250 m away, connecting to the Kédeuze gondola and ski-school meeting points;

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The chalet has 7 double bedrooms and an eighth independent sleeping area in a separate lounge:

• on the main level: 1 double bedroom with a private shower room;
• upstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with its own private shower room, including one with a 160 × 200 cm double bed and a single bed;
• in a separate upstairs area: an adjoining lounge convertible into a bedroom, with 2 double sofa beds featuring 160 × 200 cm mattresses, a television and a private shower room;
• on the lower level: 3 double bedrooms, each with a 160 × 200 cm bed and its own private bath or shower room, including one with both a bathtub and shower.

Every bedroom and sleeping area has its own television. The chalet provides 19 possible sleeping places solely to offer greater flexibility when allocating the rooms. Its maximum permitted capacity is strictly limited to 15 guests, including children.

COMFORTABLE, WELL-EQUIPPED LIVING AREAS

The main living space features a cathedral-style lounge with exposed roof timbers, a bespoke granite fireplace, a dining table seating 15 guests and a large open-plan kitchen. The kitchen includes an island, granite worktops, an American-style fridge, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves and 2 dishwashers, together with everything required for group meals, including raclette and fondue sets.

SAUNA, GAMES ROOM AND OUTDOOR AREAS

The lower level includes a private sauna and a games room with a pool table and table football. The main lounge opens onto a 30 sqm covered terrace equipped for outdoor dining. A large wooden terrace, landscaped garden, sun loungers and an outdoor relaxation area with ambient lighting complete the facilities.

The chalet also provides Wi-Fi, a large heated ski-boot dryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, barbecue, double garage and 4 additional private parking spaces.
