The recent, spacious La Centaurée chalet enjoys a south-facing position, an unobstructed view in a green area facing the mountains, and absolute peace and quiet. It will seduce you with its many conveniences and brightness.

Designed to give its 12 occupants the pleasure of sharing special moments, the ground floor features a large, bright living room with 3 sofas, a smart TV and a bar for spending quality time with family and friends.
A pellet stove enhances the warmth provided by the underfloor heating (heat pump), and a large dining table can seat 12 guests.
The functional open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (American fridge, oven, microwave, induction hob, Lor Barista coffee machine, etc.).
A master bedroom (160x200 bed) with en-suite shower room, walk-in shower and private wc opens onto the terrace that surrounds the chalet.
A covered terrace houses an outdoor table and barbecue.
Last but not least, the mezzanine is a place for young and old alike to relax, play TV games, read and work on the computer (wifi 5/5 in the chalet), with 3 comfortable loungers (extra beds).

On the garden level, there are 3 double bedrooms (160 x200 beds), 2 with en-suite shower rooms and toilets, and 1 with TV,
1 dormitory with 2x2 bunk beds (90x190), 1 bathroom with bath and double basin,
1 separate toilet, 1 laundry room with 15kg LL and tumble dryer, plus ski room.
Finally, the sauna and relaxation area with table soccer will enable you to spend pleasant moments.

All bedrooms are equipped with cupboards, sheets, comforters and pillows.

Bed linen is not provided, but you can bring your own or rent it from La Conciergerie du Dévoluy, as well as any other equipment you may need.
