Dear Friends of Chalet Montagne,

Our Chalet-Sixtine has been awarded the 4-star and Vélo Accueil labels. It's a beautiful 1906 building, a fully restored 600m² former alpine farmhouse, nestled in the natural setting of the Aravis massif, in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, close to the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand, with their fabulous ski areas and numerous summer activities. The perfect place for a complete change of scenery in the heart of nature, 50km from Geneva airport and 30km from Annecy train station.

At the helm, a family team. With my husband Thierry and myself based in Asia, and my brother Marc and his wife Anne based in Annecy, we made our childhood dream come true! Seduced by the chalet's warm, authentic charm and unique size, we fell in love with this large, cosy nest, ideal for bringing together our four children, my two nieces, our family and friends, for winter or summer reunions in the Haute-Savoie.

The chalet offers a spacious 600m² setting for 15 people, with 9 double bedrooms with private bathrooms and toilets, a fully-equipped kitchen with a cooking piano that will appeal to lovers of stoves, two dining rooms, three living rooms with two fireplaces with inserts for added comfort and privacy, a bar area with a wine cellar and table soccer, a TV room, a children's playroom, baby equipment, a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer for guests, a bike/ski room with shoe dryer, two covered terraces, a large garden with barbecue, garden furniture and ping-pong table, a Sauna in a shepherd's castor and an outdoor Jacuzzi, ample parking space for cars...
