Ground-floor studio apartment, 25 m², with a south-facing terrace and an exceptional panoramic view of Montrond. (Tennis court in summer—at the foot of the slopes in winter), fully renovated.
Outside of the Christmas and winter breaks, daily rentals are available. Minimum stay of 2 nights. (€75 per night)
SKI-IN/SKI-OUT (Blue run)
Kids (and adults!) can sled right in front of the terrace in complete safety (no traffic!). Sleds are available in the ski locker!
A living area with a 140 sofa bed (Bultex mattress), large closet, built-in kitchen, TV, board games...
A closed-off loft area with 2 bunk beds, nightstands, and storage.
Outdoor furniture and lounge chairs available.
Extensive kitchen amenities, including a multifunction microwave oven, dishwasher, raclette and fondue sets, waffle maker, pressure cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, Senseo, and Nespresso machines...
PLEASE NOTE: Linens are not provided, and you are responsible for cleaning the property.
However, we can provide you with addresses for linens rental services. To make your stay more convenient, basic groceries (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea, etc.) as well as all cleaning supplies are provided. This saves space in your car ;)
A very bright and pleasant apartment, in both winter and summer.
Private parking where you can leave your car upon arrival and not pick it up until the day of your departure, thanks to the Vival Superette (where you can order bread and a cheese/cold cut platter to make raclette...) , the Pierrot Sports sports store and ski rental shop, and the nearby pizzeria Chez Maryse.
