- Bedroom 3: 11 m2, forest view, 140cm bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 4: 11 m2, forest view, 140 + 90 bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 5: 7 m2, accessible from bedroom 3, with two 90cm bunk beds.
- Two separate WCs.
- Communal heating and hot water.
- Two closed boxes with electric gates and three parking spaces.
- Equipment: Induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine (dryer), fiber box, raclette machine, mini-robot, TV, stereo.

Special conditions:
Pets are not allowed and the apartment is strictly non-smoking.

Booking conditions:
The rental price includes water, electricity, heating, Internet access and a 15 kg bag of wood pellets for your comfort. Cleaning at the end of your stay is included, with the exception of the kitchen and crockery. Bed linen and towels are available on request.


Reservations are subject to a 30% deposit upon signature of a rental contract. The balance is payable two weeks before arrival. A deposit of €1,000 by bank transfer or cheque (not cashed) is required.
