Depending on the period chosen: from 350€ to 650€.

For rent, beautiful apartment on the ground floor of 34m2 located in Puy St Vincent 1800, residence le Parc aux étoiles.
The terrace gives a direct access to the Nordic path (departure cross-country skiing, hiking ....), is close to the alpine ski slopes, and the ESF (gathering school, chalet pioupou.. (- 150m) as well as the free shuttle serving all day long the levels 1400-1600-1800.

Completely renovated, it is equipped for 6 people and includes:
* an entrance
* a bathroom with bath/shower
* an independent WC
* a closed mountain corner for 2 persons : with 2 bunk beds 80x190 cm, a big cupboard (3 columns of arrangement + closet)
* a closed bedroom for 2 persons : with 1 bed in 140cm, flat screen television, radio alarm clock
* a living room equipped with a sofa-bed for 2 people in 140cm, a storage column, a storage trunk, a flat screen television of 110cm, a DVD/blue-ray player, books, comics, games...
* a fully equipped kitchen area, with a real large fridge for 6, dishwasher, microwave oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, raclette- fondue- plancha- waffles, toaster, electric mixer, plenty of crockery.
* The terrace is equipped with garden furniture (table + benches), parasol
* Wifi is also available for free on request
* the apartment has a locked ski locker
* You will also have free access to the residence's outdoor heated swimming pool (for the exclusive use of the residents of the Parc aux étoiles)
* Free outdoor parking is available near the apartment.
* Pets are accepted free of charge, without extra charge

* opening resort - 18/12/2021 : 350€
* 18/12/21 to 25/12/21: 540€.
* 26/12/21 to 02/01/22: reserved
* 03/01/22 to 08/01/22: 385
* 08/01/22 to 05/02/22: 400€ (rental for 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday)
* 05/02/22 to 12/02/22: 650€ (7 nights from Saturday to Saturday)
* 12/02/22 to 19/02/22: reserved
* 19/02/22 to 05/03/22: 650€ (rental for 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday)
* 05/03/22 to closing station: 350€ (rent for 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday)

To these prices, will have to be added the tourist tax (about 1€ per adult and per night)
deposit required (400€) not cashed
payment of the rent to be made by bank transfer. A deposit of 30% will be requested depending on the date of booking.
The keys will be handed over on the spot by a concierge.
