I’m renting out my apartment in a 4-star luxury residence with direct access to the slopes.
You’ll have a private parking space in the residence.
The apartment has a living area of 59 m² and is laid out as follows:
A living room with a TV and a new sofa bed featuring one 80-cm bed plus an 80-cm pull-out bed that can be positioned next to the single bed to form a 160-cm double bed.
A dining area and a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stovetop with range hood, dishwasher, multifunction oven/microwave, toaster, electric drip coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, and, of course, a raclette machine.
A master bedroom with a 160-cm double bed, closet, and its own separate shower room/toilet.
A second bedroom with two 90-cm single beds and access to a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley.
A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, hair dryer, towel warmer, and drying rack.
A bright, separate toilet.
Both bedrooms and the common areas are equipped with built-in closets.
A private, lockable ski locker with a boot dryer,
2 terraces offering views of 2 different landscapes. One terrace offers a magnificent, unobstructed south-facing view of the slopes and mountains, and a balcony with a sweeping view of the valley.
The rate includes the cleaning fee (dishwasher, refrigerator, and oven must be emptied), as well as bed linens and towels.
Free Wi-Fi.
Ski rental (Skiset) available in the residence. The ski school, lift tickets, convenience store, and restaurants are 150 meters away.
In La Plagne, transfers between other resorts are free.
Everything you need for a wonderful stay with family or friends.
Rentals for fewer than 7 nights are only available outside of school vacation periods.
We regret that we cannot accept pets, and the apartment is strictly non-smoking.
