4-star owner-occupied apartment. Located in the center of the resort in the Plateau district (residence les Carlines, route de l'altiport), 20m from the slopes (ski in and ski out), all shops at the foot of the residence (bakery, butcher's, supermarket, restaurants, rental companies).
The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2019 and offers every comfort (fully equipped kitchen, large ski lockers, etc ... ). This south-facing T4 apartment (approx. 80m²) offers a magnificent view of the Méribel ski area, with two large bay windows opening onto a 12m² terrace.
The interior is decorated in a mountain style.

ESF ski lessons from the "rond-point des pistes" accessible on foot (7min) or by shuttle bus (stop in front of the residence).
APARTMENT LAYOUT :
- Master suite N°1 with 160cm bed, balcony access and shower room.
- Master suite N°2 with 160cm bed and shower room.
- Bedroom n°3: with 2 bunk beds and window (sleeps 4).
- Large 38m² open-plan kitchen/living area
- 2 separate WCs
- 1 bathroom.
- Plenty of cupboards and storage space.
CONDITIONS :
- End-of-stay cleaning included in price.
- Sheets optional (15€ per bed).
- Deposit: €1000
- The reservation becomes effective when the tenant pays the 35% deposit. The balance must be paid at least one month before the start of the rental period.
