Rental of a T2 apartment in the resort “Les 7 Laux” at the foot of the slopes in Prapoutel, between Grenoble and Chambéry.

The apartment: The flat is clean and well maintained. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a lovely valley view on the 7th floor. All necessary equipment is available (kitchen utensils, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, TV, raclette machine, etc.).
The sleeping area with a window is equipped with a mezzanine double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190). This mountain-style corner is independent and separated from the living room by a door.
In the main room, a BZ sofa bed (160x200) can accommodate 2 people.
The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, and toilet (a hairdryer is provided). Central heating with unlimited hot water.
Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, dish towels, and bath towels must be brought by guests.
An additional folding bed (pouf BZ, 70x190) can be provided for a 6th person.
A ski locker is available on the 3rd floor for easy access to the slopes without cluttering the apartment.
Other small 2/4-person studios are also available in the same building (2nd floor), ideal for family or friends staying nearby.

The building: The apartment is in the “Les Ayes 1” building, directly on the slopes (level R+4). Inside the building, there is a shopping arcade with a deli, pharmacy, restaurant, etc. The slope-side entrance is only 20m from the Prapoutel shopping mall (bar, restaurant, Intersport, bakery, supermarket, etc.). The apartment is in the heart of the resort, just 50m from the ESF ski school and the swimming pool (summer).

The resort: Les 7 Laux is located 45 minutes from Grenoble city centre. A family-friendly winter and summer sports resort, it offers 120 km of alpine ski slopes, 30 km of cross-country ski trails, and 15 km of downhill mountain bike tracks in summer. Outdoor heated pool in summer.
