Located in a welcoming and calm environment, in a MGM residence full of charm and surrounded by fir trees, it has a surface area of 39 m2 ensuring you all comfort.

It is located 300 m from the shops, the ski lifts, the ski school and the ice rink in winter.

The resort offers beginners and experienced skiers 192 km of runs in the whole "Espace Diamants" area, which includes the villages of Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Flumet/St Nicolas la Chapelle, Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Praz sur Arly, Les Saisies/Hauteluce.
For Nordic skiing, 17 trails from 1 to 22 km are available.

In summer, in the heart of the Val d'Arly, we are surrounded by magnificent landscapes covered with pastures and fir trees, all criss-crossed with hiking and mountain bike trails inviting you to discover the mountain environment.

The proximity of Mégève ( 15 Km ), Chamonix ( 50 Km ), Annecy ( 50 Km ), offers you very enriching outings.

Our apartment is composed of :
-In an entrance with closet, a dining / living room with open kitchen equipped, a bedroom with bedding 160x200, a second smaller with bunk beds 90x200, a bathroom with bath / shower, equipped with a washing machine dryer, a radiator towel dryer and spread, a hairdryer and a separate toilet, a balcony of 12 m2 south facing.

Sheets and duvet covers are included in the rent.

A cot (extra mattress and sheets not provided) and a baby chair are available on request.

A private indoor parking space.

The renting is non smoking, our friends the animals will not be admitted by measure of hygiene.

During the summer period, we offer a 10% discount on stays of two consecutive weeks.

For the Christmas / New Year holidays, it is possible to rent from Sunday to Sunday: from 19 to 26/12 - from 26/12/21 to 02/01/22.

In option, a cleaning service can be proposed to you.

A heated ski locker will also be available at the foot of the slopes.

In the residence, you will have access to the heated indoor swimming pool from 18/12/2021 to 03/04/2022
