L'EGLANTIER ****

The chalet is located in the commune of Saint Paul sur Ubaye, at an altitude of 1550 m, in the heart of the high Ubaye Valley, calm, restful, set back from the road and facing the mountain.

The rental rates of the apartment indicated on the site are based on 2 persons. For each additional person, a fee of 15 euros will be applied.
Cleaning fee 50 euros .
Tourist taxes 1,50 euro per person (cleaning and tourist taxes are in addition to the price indicated).

The chalet has two apartments.




The apartment l'EGLANTIER is composed of a fitted kitchen open on the living room, equipped with a large table and chairs, all the necessary to cook. In the living room, a sofa and two armchairs, 1 coffee table, 1 television. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.
On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine open on this room has an extra bed.
A second bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with a large shower, basin and toilet.
You have a vast ground surrounding the country cottage decorated of a small wood. You have the possibility of parking near the chalet.

In winter season, Nordic space in ST PAUL sur UBAYE, fixed price, snowshoes, ski, catering, dog sledding (reservation required).

Please note: during school holidays, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, short stays are outside school holidays.
