Nice apartment with balcony overlooking the Vanoise in a small residence, 50m from the Charmasson slopes and chairlifts, and less than 200m from the lifts and ski schools. It has just been refurbished this summer for the 2023 winter season. A closed garage for one car is at your disposal as well as a private parking at the residence.
It is cosy and very comfortable (in the same taste as my other ads). It is located in the resort of Valfréjus, at 1550 m in the Maurienne valley, close to other ski resorts, La Norma, Aussois, Val Cenis, Orelle, Val Thorens,... Shops and resort center at 150m
Its charm, its calm, its sunshine and its panoramic and exceptional view on Polset, the valley and all the surrounding summits will seduce you.
Bed linen and towels provided on request with a supplement of 100€. Cleaning service at the end of your stay is available for 80€.
Internet connection / wifi access : it is free and specific to the apartment.
This apartment is decorated with refinement in a mountain spirit, includes :
1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 140 x 190 each. 1 second bedroom with 2 beds (1 bed of 160 x 200). 1 independent sleeping area with 1 bunk bed for 2 persons (90 x 190). 1 living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons. 2 bathrooms, one with shower and washbasin and another one with bathtub/shower and washbasin. 2 WC. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, raclette and fondue machines, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, TV, WiFi, vacuum cleaner...).
The apartment is located in the center of the Valfréjus / Modane resort in the Maurienne valley in Savoie, 4 hours from Paris by train, 2 hours from Lyon and 1 hour from Chambery.
If you are more than 10 persons, on my other ads, I propose our chalet with 5 rooms for 12 persons and our other apartment for 6/8 persons in our chalet.
Animals are allowed on request and with a supplement of 50€.
Tourist taxes in supplement: 1,35€/Adult of + 18 years/day
