Dans la blancheur, face au Montbrison, le chalet vous attend. C'est une ancienne ferme de montagne. Il y avait ici une bergerie, un grenier pour entreposer le foin et la famille vivait dans la partie qui est devenue l'appartement que vous occuperez.

Déjeuner au soleil de janvier, les pieds dans la neige ! Magique !

Why not come and experience fall in Puy-Saint-Vincent? It’s a magical time of year. The trees—including thousands of larch trees—are dressed in gold. The apartment is available throughout October and through November 10. You can enjoy a cozy fire in the fireplace after a day of exploring.

OPTION FOR A CLEANING SERVICE AT THE END OF YOUR STAY: €100 in addition to the rental price.

If the apartment is too small to accommodate two additional guests or if you’d prefer a bit of independence, the owner can put you in touch with someone who rents a very nice studio 200 meters from the chalet, right across from the chairlift departure point. Ideally located in the heart of the village at 1400, in the Les Prés hamlet, the chalet was renovated in 1996 into four apartments. The Montbrison apartment is located on the ground floor, with the bedrooms on the first floor, and overlooks a yard that serves as a play area for children. The grocery store is 100 m away, the slopes are 150 m away, and the ski school meeting point, as well as equipment rental shops, are nearby. In summer, there are numerous hiking trails and activities in the surrounding area. In winter, the ski area will enchant you, and you can enjoy the exceptional setting while walking or snowshoeing.
The apartment offers all the comforts you need for your vacation. A fireplace is available for après-ski evenings. No extra charge for firewood.

It is accessible to a person with reduced mobility (including wheelchair users). An electric bed is located in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and a bath lift is available upon request.
Access to the apartment is easy in the summer for a person in a wheelchair, but more difficult in the winter—though still possible.

Sleeping arrangements:
- 1 bedroom for 2 people, with a 140/200 bed
- 1 bedroom for 3 people, 1 140/200 bed and 1 90/200 bed
- in the living room, 1 90/200 bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people (approximately 140/190)

TOURIST TAX IN ADDITION TO THE RENTAL PRICE: €1.10 per night per person over the age of 18. This must be paid at the same time as the balance of the rental.
