We rent in the lower part of our newly built “Chalet des Z’Ours“,
an apartment T 4 ground floor for a surface of 85m2 with a private and independent entrance, with its parking
We are in a quiet location but close to the center of the village of Crest Voland (15 mins walk)
And even closer to the slopes (100m)
Departure from the chalet and arrival on skis
The ESF is accessible by ski from the chalet
A free shuttle at 300m provides access to the center of the village
The apartment includes:
1 master bedroom (Queen size bed) with its private bathroom (shower, wc) TV and cupboards
1 double bedroom (Queen size bed) TV and storage cabinet
1 bedroom with 4 single bunk beds storage drawers
1 bathroom with bathtub and double sink
1 separate WC
1 large living room with TV, access to covered terrace
1 kitchen open to the dining room with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, raclette, pierrade and fondue appliances provided, access to covered terrace
1 ski room with boot dryer and glove dryer, ski racks
The beds are made on arrival and the bathroom linen is included as well as 4 adult bathrobes
The apartment is non smoking and we do not accept animals
There is 1 private parking space
Access to the apartment is by an external and private staircase
Access to the chalet is by the road to Bel Avoine which is plowed all winter.
Short stay rental are possible (3 days minimum) according to availability.

We refund the down payment in case of force majeure related to the health crisis.
