WINTER SEASON 2020/2021
Dear customers,

The site of La PIERRE SAINT MARTIN allows us to have enough space to respect distance measures and therefore to be able to receive you with much more serenity.
We have always been very concerned about hygiene, a crucial element when you are a rental company!
By offering a quality charter that matches the product, we have succeeded in building customer loyalty.
Following the COVID-19, we must be even more efficient on this point.
Our cleaning team is therefore going to redouble its vigilance on disinfection.
As a hygiene measure :
* Pillowcases and undersheets are changed every week.
* Until further notice, books and board games will be removed from our premises, as well as bed frames and cushions.
In order to eradicate the risks of contamination we use products which have a barrier effect on the surfaces.
Products active on viruses
Standard EN 14476
During your stay, you will benefit from cleaning products:
* Bleach, Sanytol floor surfaces, disinfecting wipes.
* Hydro-alcoholic gel, liquid soap
* Sponges, Jex-pads, mops (new material every week).

We remain at your disposal to make you discover what the mountain can offer you as physical and moral pleasure while respecting the rules of freedom and safety.

In the event of a mandatory government lockdown preventing you from coming to the cottage, we will refund your stay.

The chalet offers two apartments for rent as well as its Zen Altitude services

-Pleasure of the taste buds
For the little ones
Childcare equipment available in the accommodation
(cot, changing table, high chair, booster seat,
strollers on request)

The charges are included in the rent. (Water, gas, electricity and wood).

With the exception of the tourist tax which is to be paid on arrival.
