Located 2km above the village of Samoëns in an old Savoyard farmhouse, our duplex of 170 m2 (Carrez law) has been completely renovated in 2017 by an architect. Spacious, it can accommodate up to 14 people with 5 bedrooms with private bathrooms and three independent toilets. It is south-facing and its covered terrace will allow you to enjoy a panoramic view of the whole valley. A parking for 5 vehicles is available as well as a ski room. It is located at 5mn by car from the Grand Massif Express gondola parking.

The apartment is a 5 minute drive from the Grand Massif gondola parking lot. Two raclette machines and two fondue machines are at your disposal, as well as a washing machine and a dryer.

In summer, lovers of sports, nature and fresh air will be delighted by all the activities offered in the area: hiking, trail, climbing, rafting, canyoning, mountain biking, fat biking, paragliding .... Take advantage of the south-facing terrace (electric BBQ available)!
