The dwelling has a terrace with tables, accessible from outside the building (generally not unobstructed in winter) and 1 small balcony on the south-facing side, with a beautiful view of Saint Nicolas la Chapelle.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (1 x 1 double bed + 1 pull-out double bed, 2 x 1 double bed, 1 x 1 double bed + 2 bunk beds, 1 shower with washbasin. Separate WC.
Parking lots in front of the farmhouse and 100 m away. Shops, restaurants, ski rental nearby and within walking distance (200 m).
Shuttle bus to ski slopes within easy walking distance.
