This beautiful architect-designed house, built in 2018, will offer you all the comfort and tranquility to spend a wonderful stay in Savoie. From the terrace (in good weather), you will undoubtedly be enthralled by the scenery that is offered to you, especially at sunset time on the chain of Epine and the Dent du Chat. This 3* gîte benefits from the calm of the countryside while remaining close to all amenities and numerous water sports, leisure and outdoor activities.
(4,5 km from the shops. 8 km from the Bourget lake. Savoie Grand Revard Nordic domain at 20 km. Les Ebats chairlift (Le Revard downhill skiing) 18 km away. Don't miss the magnificent walks and hikes in the Bauges Regional Natural Park).
Privileged location to visit the region : Chambéry, Annecy, Chamonix (Motorway at 4,5 km)
An ideal stay between lake and mountain!
The living room is very luminous, composed of an integrated kitchen opened on the living room.
The bay window gives access to the private south-facing terrace with garden furniture.
The bedroom has a 140 cm bed with memory foam mattress, 2 bedside tables, a dressing room with drawers, shelves and hangers.
A convertible sofa of 140 cm is at your disposal in the living room.
The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, combined microwave oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric citrus press, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...)
Beds are made on arrival, towels and kitchen utensils are provided. (tea towels, plates, cutlery, glasses, frying pan, pots and pans...)
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a connected radiator to listen to music :-)
Very well insulated house (RT 2012 standards) equipped with a floor heating.
In summer, you can protect yourself from the heat thanks to the BSO (adjustable shutters that allow you to protect yourself from the sun while letting light into the house).
Very good comfort.
The GPS will guide you without worries and you can park in front of the house.
In short, this accommodation is ideal for a romantic weekend, a family holiday or accommodation for spa visitors (only 8 km from the Chevalley Spa!)
