Maison montagne proche Chambery

On the commune of Saint Jean d'Arvey in the hamlet of Lovettaz, we rent our house. It's at an altitude of 700m, in a cul-de-sac on the edge of the Bauges massif.

Chambéry and the La Féclaz ski resort are about 20 minutes away.

The house has 5 bedrooms on the ground floor and a living room/kitchen in the attic. Each floor has a private balcony overlooking the mountains.

The advantages of our house are its peace and quiet, the absence of busy roads nearby, hiking trails just a stone's throw from the house (GR96, croix du Nivolet, via ferrata Jules Carret...), and an extraordinary view.

We rent from Saturday to Saturday.

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 80x190

- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub

Baby and children's equipment available on request.

Sheets and towels are optional at 90€.

The house has an unfenced garden one level below the bedrooms.

Under the house there is a completely independent dwelling that I can occupy temporarily.

It's our main residence and it's very important to us. It is therefore strictly forbidden :
- smoking
- hold parties
- exceeding the number of occupants
On the other hand, we are delighted to know that our beautiful house can be used by family or friends for a peaceful reunion. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
