It overlooks the slopes directly from the ski locker in the basement, and the day-care center is about 300 meters from the building on foot.
The building opens directly onto the Croisette shopping mall on the ground floor.

Studio fully renovated in 2023, 17 m² for 3 people. It has a NORTH-WEST balcony and is located on the ground floor of the building.



Living room: 1 double sofa bed + 1 single bed. Equipped with television. Please note: the fold-down bed cannot be used.
