In front of the building is the beginners' slope.
The Pioupiou club (daycare and snow garden) is on the other side of the Croisette at 10 minutes walk.
The shopping mall is 2 minutes away.
The bus station is a 5 minute walk away.

Studio of 20m² for 2 people. It is located on the 7th floor and has a balcony facing south.
